01 · How it all began

Two worlds, one standard.

Zenveo brings together two worlds that rarely meet in property management. Rico Meuschke brings 25 years of operational experience from running a successful property management company. Moritz Aepfelbacher and Maximilian Werner combine an entrepreneurial and technical background with the ambition to rethink processes and solve problems.

Together they saw how dissatisfied many people are with traditional property management. Not only the owners, but also the property managers themselves, who, caught between piles of files and routine tasks, hardly get round to the work they actually signed up for. Their idea: digital systems and clear processes, built on decades of practical knowledge, that put competent care of the property at the centre.

Since its founding in 2023, Zenveo has grown to more than 40 employees and over 10,000 units under management.

03 · What we do

Every aspect of property management.

We manage rental properties, owners' associations and, through portfolio management, entire portfolios of institutional owners. In rental management we look after tenants and residents, prepare service charge statements and keep the property accounts with a monthly dunning run. For owners' associations we prepare meetings, implement resolutions and draw up the annual statement and annual budget. We also plan and oversee projects such as refurbishments, heating conversions and charging solutions.
