Property management in Berlin

We manage property in Berlin. Yours too?

In Berlin, our four-person team led by managing director Rico Meuschke manages a broad range of residential properties: from a prefabricated panel building in Mitte with more than 70 units and new builds in Prenzlauer Berg with 10 to 30 units to a period building in Treptow. This range is our strength. We know the requirements of GDR-era buildings just as well as those of a new build or a period building with heritage protection requirements.
